  1. Marinate the Paneer:
    • In a bowl, mix the paneer cubes with the prepared marinade. Ensure that each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the Grill or Oven:
    • If using a grill, preheat it to medium-high heat. If using an oven, preheat it to the broil setting.
  3. Assemble the Skewers:
    • Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers, onions, or cherry tomatoes if desired.
  4. Grill or Bake:
    • Grill the skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the paneer is golden brown and has a slightly charred edge. If using an oven, place the skewers on a baking sheet and broil for about 15-20 minutes, turning once halfway through.

  1. Serve Hot:
    • Once done, remove the skewers from the grill or oven. Serve the Hariyali Paneer Tikka hot, garnished with lemon wedges and accompanied by mint chutney.
